Our approach is structured, transparent, and digitally enabled—designed to move quickly without compromising on quality.As part of our growing administrative support pipeline, we’re connecting capable office administrators with international opportunities as demand arises.THE OPPORTUNITYThis role is suited to a detail-oriented, tech-comfortable Junior Administrator who enjoys working within well-defined processes while supporting international teams across documentation, client communication, and office coordination. It offers a stable and structured role with clear upskilling potential, where the client is happy to provide training. Success in this position is very much about aptitude, initiative, and a keen learning spirit, ensuring long-term career growth within a modern, remote working environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESADMINISTRATIVE & OFFICE SUPPORT• Assist with day-to-day office operations and documentation management• Maintain accurate electronic and physical records for audit and compliance purposes• Support invoicing, refunds, and cancellation processes in line with company proceduresCLIENT & STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, brokers, insurers, and internal teams• Build and maintain strong working relationships that support long-term portfolio growthCOMPLIANCE & PROCESS MANAGEMENT• Ensure all administrative activity meets quality standards and regulatory requirements• Contribute to efficient office processes aligned with business targetsTEAM CONTRIBUTION• Work closely with account executives and underwriters on portfolio movements• Meet productivity expectations and contribute to continuous improvement within the teamMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS• Matric or equivalent• FAIS compliance advantageous• Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative or office support roles (insurance industry experience beneficial)• Degree or Diploma in a relevant field advantageous• Proven experience engaging directly with clients in a professional setting• Strong English communication skills with confident verbal presentation• Willingness to time-shift for UK or Australian working hours• Dedicated home office with reliable fibre internet (100/100 Mbps)• South African citizen, residing in South Africa• A short video introduction will form part of the application processREMUNERATION• Salary bracket: R15,000 – R20,000 per monthWHY JOIN THE ICS TALENT NETWORK?Our model is built around preparedness and alignment.
