Fully remote role, open globally.Position: RECRUITERWork Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm ESTHolidays: 4 fixed holidays and 4 floating holidaysVacation and Time Off: PTO will be flexible and should be requested with the assigned Manager.Pay Range: USD 800 - 1,400/per month + commission (The final offer depends on the market and client discretion)Client Interview Process: 3 management interviewsCompany Overview:Somewhere is your Global Talent Partner and we connect international businesses with top offshore talent and remote staff from the Philippines, Latin America and South Africa.Responsibilities:● Source candidates using various platforms and methods to build arobust candidate pipeline.● Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, andconducting phone screenings.● Conduct internal assessments, pre-screening, and initial interviews.● Stay up-to-date with recruiting trends and best practices.● Assist in managing the overall interview and selection process.● Maintain communication with candidates to provide updates on jobpostings.● Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs andorganizational goals.● Assist in defining job descriptions and documenting specifications.● Present shortlisted candidates to clients for consideration.● Build and nurture long-term client relationships.● Assist in developing a sustainable candidate-lead strategy.● Coordinate with the Operations Manager for project updates andreports.● Ensure a safe and healthy work environment.● Perform other duties as assigned or neededRequirements:● 2 years of recruiting experience in end-to-end recruitment.● Knowledge using a CRM, preferably HubSpot (Nice to have)● Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.● Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative workingrelationships built on trust.● Excellent organizational and time management skills.● Comfortable making decisions independently.● Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.● Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety ofstakeholders.● Proficient in Google SuiteWorking knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screeningmethods● Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.---When applying for this position, please complete the following:1 - Video Introduction SubmissionRecord a short video (maximum 3 minutes) using Loom or Vimeo answering these questions:Tell us a bit about yourself.Describe your relevant experience for this position.Why would you be a great fit for this role?2 - Typing TestThe passing score is a minimum typing speed of 40words per minute (WPM).Before taking the final assessment on Somewhere’s typing test, we highly recommend practicing with other online typing tests, as you will have only one attempt for this application.Please ensure both requirements are completed before submitting your application.
