In this role, you will work closely with the VP Asset Management, supporting a wide range of financial, commercial and operational initiatives across our shopping centre portfolio in Nordics and Estonia.You will contribute to improving processes and asset performance by preparing financial analyses, business cases, forecasts and management presentations. The role also includes supporting commercial initiatives such as specialty leasing and energy-related projects, analyzing revenue streams, and assisting in marketing performance and footfall development follow-up.The ideal candidate is early in their career, with a strong analytical mindset and genuine interest in understanding how commercial and operational decisions impact financial performance.
