In this role, you will assist in ensuring smooth daily front office operations and guest engagement across the resort. Working closely with the Assistant and Front Office Managers, you will help maintain seamless arrivals, departures, and guest services — including the coordination of buggy movements — while upholding RIU’s renowned service standards.Please note that this position does not involve direct handling of boats or airport teams; however, effective coordination with these departments remains essential.💼 What You’ll DoAssist in supervising and coordinating daily front office operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and guest relations.Support the management of buggy services to ensure efficient and timely guest transportation within the resort.Guide and motivate front office team members, promoting a positive and guest-focused work environment.Coordinate with other departments and external teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.Address guest inquiries and requests promptly, demonstrating professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.Assist in monitoring front office performance and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.Support the preparation of operational reports and tracking of departmental KPIs.Ensure adherence to company standards, safety regulations, and service excellence guidelines.✔️ What We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in a front office team leader role, preferably in a resort or hotel environment.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Strong teamwork and leadership potential with a proactive, hands-on attitude.Familiarity with front office systems and transportation coordination is an advantage.Ability to multitask and perform under pressure while maintaining service quality.Strong attention to detail, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Flexible, adaptable, and dedicated to guest satisfaction and team success.🌟 Why RIU Hotels & Resorts?Your Growth is Our Priority: At RIU Hotels & Resorts, we believe in nurturing talent from within.
