The role holder will be responsible for minor tax queries and tasks.They will communicate directly with clients on routine operational matters ensuring that all contact enhances the level of service provided. All work delivered need to be accurate, well-presented and meet quality standards.TasksEscalate or asks for help whenever in doubt. Every escalation / asking for help moment is to be considered a training moment.Responsible for maintaining the status of all work in the planning system, reporting to the Manager in the event that the plan cannot be executed as scheduled.Ensure that work that is submitted to clients contains no defects.
