Our office is located right next to St. Paul's beautiful cathedral with great access to main public transport lines.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitoring and reporting internal and external deadlinesFile trademark and design applications and renewals at the UKIPO and WIPO and instructing overseas lawyersManaging and prosecuting trade marks at the UKIPO and WIPO and instructing overseas lawyersDrafting co-existence and settlement agreementsConducting trade mark clearance searches and providing opinionsAssisting with non-contentious trade mark disputes in the UK and other overseas trade mark officesSupervising and organising administrative team to ensure records are accurateContribute to improving work flows and processes with Team Leader.Qualifications & SkillsFully qualified trade mark attorneyExcellent communication skillsHighly organised with meticulous attention to detailStrong deadline management skillsCapability to work both independently and as part of a teamExperience with trade mark/design portfolio managementWhy Abion?Join Europe’s leading Intellectual Property firm, where you'll thrive in a fast-paced, international environment that values transparency, openness, and accountability.At Abion, we believe in working hard and having fun together.
