Key Responsibilities Build strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for client queries, complaints, and service-related advice. Provide clients with recommendations on new solutions, upsell and cross-sell additional services to drive business growth, and ensure client satisfaction and retention. A creative professional with relevant experience in social media planning, content creation, and client management, capable of understanding client needs and ensuring service delivery aligns with contract terms. Lead and coordinate with teams such as Digital Marketing, Website Design, Creative, and Social Media to communicate client requirements, strategy, and expectations, and perform regular follow-ups with teams, setting milestones for each. Responsible for setting priorities, assigning tasks, and ensuring consistent delivery across all teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with digital or tech agencies, and managing a large client portfolio. The person will oversee 15-20 key brands. The incumbent must participate in every client briefing and meeting, ensuring alignment with strategies and obtaining client approval on meeting minutes.
