From Grade A offices to residential and co-living developments, we bring together creativity, craftsmanship, and collaboration to transform spaces into functional, inspiring environments.We are part of the wider Iesis Group, a multidisciplinary property consultancy working across project management, cost consultancy, and structural engineering.About the RoleWe are looking for a driven and creative individual to join our Bristol team in a new role that blends marketing and business development.This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in the construction, property, and design industries. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with a passionate, close-knit team — supporting project showcases, client engagement, and the continued growth of the Iesis Urban brand.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & CreativeSupport the creation of engaging marketing content, including project photography, case studies, and social media updates.Visit live and completed sites to capture content ideas and assist with creative marketing campaigns.Collaborate with our in-house design and creative teams on promotional materials such as brochures, digital posts, and event content.Contribute to website updates, newsletters, and award submissions.Business DevelopmentAssist with preparing and submitting bids, tenders, and capability statements.Support the use and management of the CRM system to track leads, clients, and projects.Research potential clients and opportunities within the commercial, residential, and co-living sectors.Help coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and networking events.Analyse data from campaigns and CRM activity to help refine our business development strategy.What We’re Looking ForA strong interest in marketing, branding, and design, ideally within the built environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Confident, proactive, and eager to learn — comfortable taking initiative on creative ideas.Organised and detail-oriented, with good time management.Some familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools (preferred but not essential).Experience with social media or CRM systems (advantageous, training provided).A full UK driving licence (desirable, as site visits across the region may be required).Why Join UsWork within a dynamic, supportive team that values creativity and professional growth.Get first-hand exposure to marketing within a fast-moving construction and design business.Opportunity to develop skills across marketing, business development, and client relations.Be part of a fun, collaborative workplace culture where your ideas are encouraged and recognised.Clear pathway for career progression within Iesis Urban and the wider Iesis Group.How to ApplyTo apply, please send your CV and a short covering note explaining why you’re interested in this role to:dylan@iesiscreative.com
