A certification that underlines our commitment to providing a workplace that stands out.So what’s the challenge...As a Junior Construction Engineer on our Property & Engineering Team, you’ll help shape the future of our retail network— setting priorities, solving problems, and ensuring every project stays on track for timely and quality delivery.Your day to day will include:Reviewing and validating all technical documents, licenses, and certificationsEvaluating designs, preparing budgets, and guiding vendors to deliver high-quality construction resultsSetting priorities, anticipating risks, and keeping every project on track for smooth, timely deliveryCoordinating design standards and ensuring alignment between internal and external engineering teamsMonitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines — and keeping stakeholders informed with clear reportsEnsuring vendor work meeting quality standards and complying with all technical requirementsTroubleshooting technical issues quickly and providing hands-on support to teams on-siteCollaborating with other teams during rollout phases to ensure seamless implementationReviewing vendor invoices and confirming they match completed workLiaising with authorities and supporting the preparation of technical documentationWhat you need to succeed:BSc in Civil, Architectural, or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
