We’re looking for technically minded students to join our team as Junior Consultants and help us build the solutions that will make governance, risk, and compliance work faster and better in the future.What You’ll DoIn this role, you’ll blend engineering and consulting while designing tools and web apps that organise and optimise processes in collaboration with our clients. If you’re looking for a position to expand both your technical expertise and your organisational understanding, this is your chance.At The Tech Collective, You’ll Be Joining a Small Team Of Consultants Centred On Helping Companies Tackle Security Challenges To Increase Governance, Risk Management, And Compliance (GRC) Capabilities. Some Of The Challenges We’ll Need Your Help Solving IncludeDesigning tools that streamline GRC processes (e.g., by replacing spreadsheets with web apps and catalogues with databases) Exploring and applying the latest opportunities (e.g., within AI agent development and workflow orchestration) Ensuring the technical cybersecurity foundation of our approach to governance, risk, and compliance What You’ll BringWe’re looking for final-year BA or MA students with a strong interest in development, cybersecurity, and consulting.Ideally, You AreComfortable with coding in Python and/or TypeScript and with web frameworks Familiar with AI agent development or agent frameworks for building AI assistants and multi-step workflows Interested in governance, risk, and compliance subjects such as NIS 2, ISO 27001, and CIS 18 Comfortable exploring new skills, methods, and tools on your own while communicating your discoveries clearly Energised by building something together and willing to challenge anyone to ensure we get it right What We OfferOur goal is to sustain a non-hierarchical, down-to-earth growth culture.
