Junior Content Producer – Look for the bonus points! (Creative, Video, Content Planning, Production | Full 360 Content Role)Location: Liverpool HQ (onsite filming required across the UK once a week)Driving licence + own car essentialAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a creative, proactive Junior Content Producer who’s excited by the idea of turning briefs into powerful content across video and digital platforms.This is NOT a standard editing role - it’s a full 360 creative position, where you’ll take ideas from concept → filming → editing → final delivery with the marketing team of 5.You'll be joining a high-performing marketing team that operates across four brands, meaning your work will be diverse, fast-paced and creatively rewarding:Podcasts, LinkedIn content, Instagram reels, school showcases, product videos, office shoots, interviews with our internal people and more.We’ll teach you the business, the brands, the kit and the processes - all we need is someone hungry to learn and full of ideas who has already built skills on programmes like Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effect with an understanding of CapCut.What value you’ll add! Support day-to-day content creation across multiple brands coached by an experienced Senior videographer & photographer.Generate creative ideas and pitch concepts internallyPlan shoots, write briefs, and coordinate with leadership/consultantsFilm high-quality content using industry-level equipment (training provided)Edit multiple versions of content suited to different platformsCreate basic graphics, social visuals and templatesAssist with project flow, asset organisation and production timelinesSupport output during busy periods to keep team momentum highLearn and grow across the full content production processWhat You’ll Work WithYou’ll have access to a full professional kit, including:Sony DSLR camerasDJI droneRode Wireless + directional micsLighting rigsTripods & stabilisersIn-house podcast studioIf you haven’t used all of this before - that’s fine. What matters is being proactive curious and willing to learn.Must-HavesExperience in Adobe Premiere ProUnderstanding of CapCutSome experience in creating content (personal, project or professional)Portfolio/examples of video or content work (we’re looking at framing, pacing & creativity, not perfection)Full UK driving licence + own car (travel to different offices & shoots is essential)A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to get stuck inNice-to-Haves – have you got any of these bonus points?
