This role is ideal for someone with some initial experience in customer research or community engagement who’s ready to take the next step and deepen their skills in insight generation and data-driven storytelling.What You Will DoSupport the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative research projects (e.g. surveys, interviews, polls, concept tests) to uncover customer needs and market trends. Help manage and grow our global tester community of over 10,000 members—engaging participants, organizing feedback sessions, and fostering long-term relationships. Assist in analyzing research data and preparing clear, actionable insights for teams across Product, Marketing, and Design. Collaborate with senior researchers and stakeholders to ensure customer perspectives are embedded in decision-making. Present findings in a compelling way to help teams build empathy and make informed choices. Learn and apply various research methods, with mentorship and training to support your development into a full-fledged researcher. What You Should BringFluency in German and English (spoken and written) are essential. First experiences and strong interest in market/user research, community management, or customer insights. A degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience. Curiosity and a growth mindset: you’re eager to learn research techniques and grow your skills. Strong communication skills and a structured, reliable working style. Enthusiasm for understanding people and turning data into meaningful stories. A genuine interest in contributing to a mission that promotes sexual wellbeing, and the ability to connect with users in an insightful way.
