You will help ensure our data is accurate, consistent, and ready for use by senior analysts and other stakeholders across the company.Key ResponsibilitiesWrite efficient SQL queries to extract, clean, and validate data from multiple sourcesDevelop and maintain Python scripts for automation, data transformation, and quality checksBuild and update dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI to visualize key metricsWork closely with senior analysts to prepare and structure data for further analysisEnsure data integrity and consistency, documenting cleaning processes and validation stepsCollaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve data collection and accuracyRequirementsSolid understanding of SQL for data extraction, cleaning, and transformationExperience working with data using Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyAbility to work with large datasets efficientlyEffective communication skills in Arabic and EnglishNice to HaveExperience building dashboards in Tableau or Power BIFamiliarity with automation tools or basic scripting for data workflowsKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and scheduling tools (cron jobs, Airflow)Understanding of data pipelines and ETL processesWhy Join Us?At Baly, You’ll Focus On The Backbone Of Data Operations — Ensuring That The Numbers Behind Every Decision Are Clean, Reliable, And Accessible.
