The Ticketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the ticketing process, including ticket sales and operations. The role involves coordinating with clients and vendors, ensuring excellent event ticketing services, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Ticketing Manager will also handle processes related to travel documentation and provide timely assistance to clients when needed.QualificationsStrong expertise in Ticket Sales and Ticket OperationsExperience in Event Ticketing and related processesExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environmentProficiency in Arabic and English is highly desirableExperience in the travel industry and familiarity with ticketing tools/systemsBachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field is a plus
