Job Title: Odoo Implementation SpecialistLocation: Baghdad, Iraq - Full-timeCompany: Business Pro Tech – Digital Innovation for IT and Digital Solutions⸻Job Overview:Business Pro Tech is seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Odoo Implementation Specialist to lead and support the deployment of Odoo ERP solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to analyze their business processes, configure the Odoo system, provide training, and ensure a seamless operational experience.⸻Key Responsibilities:• Analyze clients' business needs and map them to Odoo functionality.• Configure, customize, and deploy Odoo modules (Accounting, HR, Inventory, CRM, Sales, etc.) based on project requirements.• Lead end-to-end implementation cycles: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.• Coordinate with developers on technical customizations and integrations.• Provide post-implementation support and system enhancements.• Document implementation processes and maintain updated system configurations.• Train end users and ensure knowledge transfer for system adoption.• Support project management tasks, including scheduling and milestone tracking.⸻Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.• 1-3 years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably with Odoo.• Odoo V16-V17-V18 certification.• Good understanding of business processes across various domains (Finance, Logistics, HR, etc.).• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.• Experience with Odoo Studio and basic Python knowledge is a plus.• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.• Ability to work directly with clients and adapt to diverse industries.• Team player, proactive, and detail-oriented.
