Junior Data Engineer

This ensures you gain the skills and practical knowledge needed to succeed in one of the most in-demand fields in technology.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, process, and analyse large datasets to generate actionable insights.Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.Develop dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.Work with structured and unstructured data across multiple platforms.Support data quality, governance, and compliance initiatives.Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, operations, and business teams.Continuously explore new tools and technologies to improve data capabilities.🎓 What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).0–2 years of professional experience in data analysis, data engineering, or IT.Knowledge of programming and query languages (SQL, Python, R, Java, or similar).Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).Understanding of databases, data modelling, and ETL concepts.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and passion for working with data.Relevant certifications (e.g. Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or data-related) are a plus but not essential.What We OfferStructured training programme to build your technical and professional skills.Placement with a global financial services leader in Kraków.Career growth opportunities in Data Engineering and Data Analytics.Competitive salary and benefits package.A collaborative and supportive environment where you can thrive.
