The RoleMARI Events is seeking a Junior Designer, Creative Solutions - a passionate, detail-driven designer ready to craft compelling visuals that help brands see the power of partnership.Working within a small, dynamic team that bridges design, storytelling, and sport, you’ll help bring our world-class events and client campaigns to life across digital, print, motion, and experiential touchpoints. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your creative skillset under the mentorship of the Senior Designer and contribute to work seen by some of the biggest brands in the world.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative DevelopmentSupport the Senior Designer in the creation of visually engaging presentations, pitch decks, campaign toolkits, sizzle reels, and digital assets.Help develop partner and sponsorship concepts that inspire brands and demonstrate the commercial potential of MARI’s event portfolio.Apply and uphold MARI’s visual identity across materials to ensure brand consistency and polish.Production & DeliveryAdapt and localise existing creative for different events, markets, and platforms.Assist with asset preparation, versioning, and artwork delivery for print, digital, and environmental applications.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure materials are completed on time and to spec.Collaboration & LearningPartner with the Senior Designer, Partnerships, and Sales teams to understand briefs and translate strategic needs into creative solutions.Participate in brainstorming sessions, sharing fresh ideas and references that elevate our creative output.Seek and apply feedback constructively, continuously developing design skills and confidence.What Success Looks LikeMARI’s creative presentations and campaigns are visually consistent, compelling, and delivered to a high standard.You demonstrate growing independence, initiative, and creative confidence.The Creative Solutions team functions seamlessly, with design projects flowing efficiently and collaboratively.Required Knowledge & Experience1–3 years’ experience in a design or creative role (internship or entry-level agency/brand experience welcomed).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and basic familiarity with After Effects or Premiere.Strong layout, typography, and visual composition skills.Interest in sport, entertainment, or cultural branding.Enthusiastic, curious, and eager to learn from senior creatives and cross-functional teams.Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects at once.Working ConditionsPermanent, full-time role based at MARI’s Chiswick Park offices, London.Standard working hours are 9:00–17:00, Monday to Friday. Occasional travel or out-of-hours work may be required during live events or tight deadlines.
