DescriptionEnsure the accurate and efficient administration of music content usage for Networks, Producers, Performing Rights Organizations, and other relevant entities while managing issues in different company-owned and third-party systems with a high level of accuracy and productivity standards.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform tasks related to Music Box Licensing HubConduct chart monitoring & track acquisition services tasksGenerate reports through the system ( NEO/DA)Perform music track cleansing services and interested party review/researchSupport the team to achieve the deadlines and maintain a zero-error environment to provide high-quality service to the Soundmouse usersMaintain effective and active communication with the internal and external stakeholdersAssist the Content Services Manager/ Team Lead/ Project Coordinator and perform related duties as assignedSupport the team to ensure that the information available is securedPerform all the assigned ad-hoc tasks the team receivesHandle various types of track acquisition tasks including charts and promo company track acquisitionsRequirementsGCE A/Ls or GCE O/L with a certificate/diploma level qualificationGood communication skills in English language (Verbal / Written)Hands-on experience with Google spreadsheets and DocumentsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamSolid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-managementExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAdvanced level of attention to detailAbility to work on tight deadlines and work extra hours when requiredPositive attitude with a pleasant personalityBenefits💰 Pegged Salaries to the USD🏠 Hybrid work model🏦 Performance Bonus🏥 Private Health Insurance🌴 Paid Time Off📚 Development Opportunities💻 Latest tech equipment🚀 International ExposureApply for this job
