Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Executive based in the Monterrey Metropolitan Area. The Junior Executive will assist in day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination of transportation, warehousing, and distribution. Responsibilities include managing client interactions, supporting cross-functional teamwork, preparing reports, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. While the role is primarily office-based, remote work is permissible as per company policies. Qualifications Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields, with an understanding of cross-border trade and regulatory processes.Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage data, create reports, and oversee operational workflows.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including client relationship management and team collaboration.Proficient in using software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, logistics platforms, and inventory systems.Problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and the capacity to work in a hybrid work environment.Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in transportation, warehousing, or distribution sectors is a plus.
