Rather than being one small piece of a large corporate machine, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, contribute ideas, and help improve the way financial and operational data is used within the business.This is a great opportunity for someone who is naturally analytical, enjoys solving problems, and wants to build a strong foundation in financial analysis.What You’ll Be DoingAnalysing financial and operational data to support decision-making Assisting with financial and logistics reporting Monitoring performance and identifying trends in data Supporting improvements in reporting processes and data management Working closely with a small team to ensure transparency and accountability in financial reporting What We’re Looking ForA degree in Finance, BCom, BFin or similar (Honours advantageous) Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Comfort working with data, reports, and spreadsheets An interest in financial analysis and business operations A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks Someone resilient and adaptable who works well in a smaller team environment Exposure to CFA studies, financial analysis, portfolio management, or supply chain management would be advantageous but is not essential.Working EnvironmentBased in Constantia, Cape Town Flexible working hours Primarily office-based, with occasional work-from-home flexibility A small team environment where collaboration and accountability are important Why This Role?This role offers the chance to gain real exposure to how finance supports operations in a dynamic business environment.
