We predominantly achieve this through delivering our Accessible Adventures programs for young people with disabilities.We have been in operation for 10 years and are leaders in a uniquely positioned niche that falls between outdoor education, disability support and tourism in Australia. We emphasise personal growth and development in our staff to complement our fast-growing business.ROLE DESCRIPTIONIn this role, you will primarily be responsible for managing and overseeing the execution of the company’s Marketing activities. We predominantly communicate with our audience via paid digital marketing, as well as organic digital marketing including email, sms, whatsapp, manychat and posting on third party platforms for backlinking and SEO. Our Accessible Adventures programs are located in South Australia, Western Australia, Queensland and New South Wales currently, and we will be expanding into Victoria in 2026. The role can be summed up into these main components:Leading the Marketing team to execute our marketing plan.You will be surrounded by specialist-area digital marketing experts in Meta, Google, Website and SEO, Automations as well more traditional marketing and growth experts in Public Relations and Strategic Partnerships. You’re role is to not be an expert in all these areas, but to bring it all together and coordinate the timely execution of our marketing plan.Liaise with sales and operations departmentsAttend weekly leadership meetings (on Fridays) to report on the marketing departments statistics / scores for the week, solve company issues weekly, and be a strong conduit for cross-departmental communication.Process ImprovementCreatively advise on improving marketing and communications activities and approaches, to help us communicate our offering to more families, or help refine our current activities so we are more efficient with our communication.Scale our messaging to grow the company and achieve a positive ROIUse a variety of marketing methods to increase our brand awareness and communication with our audience. We have a healthy marketing budget and are looking for avenues to spread messages about our service. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATES WOULD BEA recent (or nearing) university graduate in Marketing, that has proven themselves to be high a achiever – both academically and in leadership (paid or voluntary)An aspiring marketer who is naturally drawn to numbers and data, but also has the emotional intelligence to manage staff members.Be incredibly organised, and a very process-oriented, and systematic-thinker.Have a strong passion for nature and the outdoors, and be driven by positively impacting the wellbeing of young people.Have core values that are aligned with ours. Key PerksThis role offers a very unique opportunity to get paid to learn about multiple different marketing areas. In this role, you’ll be surrounded by marketing and growth experts that report to you, and through this work you’ll gain a generalist marketer’s insight into the many worlds that exist within ‘marketing’. Over a 2 year period, you will gain basic understanding of about 5 different marketing areas. You will not, anywhere, have such a powerful paid learning experience in marketing (as a junior) than this role – highly valuable particularly for those who have not had (or had very little) paid/formal marketing experience. Make a difference in the lives of young people at scale, by inspiring them to fall in love with nature via our unique, nature-based programs.Be part of an incredible company culture that offers (fully funded) overseas company retreats annually in South East Asia for 1 week, team meditation sessions each Mon and Friday and a company culture that cares about wellbeing, staff recognition and work life balance.Influence the direction of our company by providing meaningful input, ultimately allowing our team to connect more young people with nature!Form part of the leadership team, which will allow you to gain experience leading staff, and contribute to the overall company direction. The role is a full-time contract, with flexibility for 4 days per week if beneficial. Our office is located in Everard Park, South Australia 5035 with hybrid flexibility for the right candidate.RENUMERATIONSalary is at $65k – $75k per annum, with an understanding that the majority of the value coming from this role is really the learning and training opportunity and springboard into a higher-paid marketing generalist role as the company evolves.
