Junior / Graduate Marketing Executive - Wokingham

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to embark on their career in marketing.We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Junior Marketing Executive to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.The Junior Marketing Executive will be based in our Wokingham office and support the marketing team, working across a variety of marketing initiatives and activities that will generate new business and raise brand awareness.The position would suit a graduate (or time served equivalent) in a marketing / business related field and would report to the Marketing Manager.In this role, you will support the marketing team with the organisation and planning of various marketing projects and campaigns. You will gain experience across a wide variety of the marketing mix and have the opportunity to develop your skills and gradually take on more responsibility.The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, have a can-do attitude, be happy working as part of a team, and have plenty of initiative.Key Responsibilities:-Digital: provide support on email marketing, social media, PPC and SEOEvents: provide support on event planning, event admin and lead managementInternal Communications: provide support on content development and content managementLead management: provide support on lead managementDevelopment of collateral (Online & Offline)Website content updatesData and CRM administrationReporting and AnalyticsCustomer surveys/researchMarketing sales supportExperience, Personal Qualities and SkillsExcellent written and verbal skillsHighly organised and quick learnerStrong IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerpointExperience of email platforms and Web CMS systems, desirableExperience in a marketing role, desirableExperience using Adobe creative suite, desirableExperience using Hubspot, desirableEnjoys being part of a team but also works well under own initiativeWillingness to learn and developQualifications:-Ideally educated to degree level in marketing or business studies, or with a professional marketing qualificationMayflower is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
