We are currently looking for entrepreneurial people who want to grow and share in the profits of our success.Main Responsibilities for Poland (~550 employees), Ireland (~30 employees) and UK (<5 employees)HR Operations Execution: Manage day-to-day HR administrative and operational processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, terminations, documentation). Payroll Oversight: Manage and control the end-to-end payroll process incl. approving monthly payroll, and collaboration with the external payroll provider to ensure timely and accurate salary processing. Team Supervision: Lead and support a team of 3 HR Generalists, providing clear responsibilities, guidance, feedback, and workload prioritization. Compliance & Policies: Ensure all HR processes comply with Polish labor law, internal policies, and data protection (GDPR). HR Systems & Data: Maintain and update our HR system Workday, ensuring high data quality and supporting HR reporting and analytics (we have a HR Data Analyst in the global team). Employee Support: Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on HR operational matters, benefits, and procedures. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency by simplifying and standardizing HR processes; support HR digitization or automation initiatives to be efficient and scalable in future. Collaboration & Projects: Work closely with regional and group HR leadership team and stakeholder on cross-functional initiatives, projects and annual audits.Your skills and experience:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, including hands-on HR Operations and payroll coordination in a corporate environment.
