Established in 2009, it is the only "Do It Yourself" hypermarket of its kind in Albania. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Human Resources Specialist located in Tirana. The Junior Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including assisting with the administration of HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits, and providing personnel management support. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining employee records, assisting in the recruitment process, coordinating new hire orientations, and addressing employee inquiries.
