You will be working on producing 3D building electromechanical drawings, hence some interest in 3D software in this field is a good start.Apply 3D modelling of pipework and ductwork for commercial and industrial buildingsDevelop 3D mechanical drawings using Revit or MEP AutocadDesign HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems for buildingsAbility to understand Schematics for mechanical servicesPrepare technical drawings and documents for different design stagesCollaborate with international colleagues of various disciplines and support the delivery of successful projects with a customer-oriented mindset QualificationsEither Engineering / Technical degree or some years of practical experience in drawing using 3D modellingKnowledge of model-based planning and CAD modelling (e.g. Revit or MEP CAD software)Ideally 1-3 years of professional experience in the planning, execution or operation of electrical or mechanical building systemsEnthusiastic learner, well-organised and team-oriented work attitudeProactive individual, seeking feedback on improving productivity and qualityExcellent speaking and writing skills in English.
