The person who joins the position will be part of the Manufacturing Engineering department.ResponsabilitiesIntroduction of New Products: Lead new product industrialisation projects at the plant.Ensure that new products meet established cost targets, are implemented according to plan and within budget, and are in line with manufacturing capabilities.ImprovementsSeek and implement improvements, in collaboration with other departments, in the areas of Safety, Quality, Service and Cost at the manufacturing plant.Plant SupportProvide support for manufacturing processes in diagnosing problems and implementing solutions to minimise production interruptions.Why People Choose To Work With UsAt Steelcase, we put people at the center of everything we do.
