Job Description

Location: IslamabadTimings: 9pm-6amJob Title: Inside Sales RepresentativeResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for clients, handling all queries.Process orders (new and replacement) for internal and external customers as required.Take ownership of customers in the account database, focusing on account growth and value.Meet revenue and renewal targets, prepare price quotes, upsell Axelliant products/services, and resolve customer needs.Evaluate operational procedures; recommend and implement process/automation improvements.Collect and provide product information to customers and Axelliant partners.Share customer feedback with appropriate teams to improve service delivery.Plan and execute effective sales campaigns to grow accounts and increase revenue.Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails with customers regarding offers and promotions.Maintain regular contact with key decision-makers and strengthen relationships.Collaborate cross-functionally to support sales strategies.Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, industry trends, and technical developments.Research and understand the product line, including each product’s function and purpose.Keep team leads and managers informed, including timely preparation of reports.Build and nurture relationships with multiple key decision makers (customers and partners). QualificationsExperience in high-volume B2B sales or renewals, ideally within technology (Inside Sales preferred).Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).Experience with CRM, Business Central, Salesforce, or SAP preferred.Strong interest in technology and ability to quickly learn new solutions.Strong phone presence and experience in high-volume customer interaction environments.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.Basic knowledge of mobile technology is a plus.Ability to excel in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.Self-starter with initiative, results-driven mindset, and strong attention to detail.Strong problem-solving and resolution skills.Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).Prior experience with Microsoft Partnerships and sales will be given priority.
