Junior Investment Analyst

If you’re early in your career and want to grow your skills while contributing to making investing more accessible, we’d like to hear from you.What You'll DoYou’ll play an important role in supporting a high-quality investment offering for Mintos investors. You’ll assist in analysing bond issuers, preparing clear investment materials, and helping with ongoing portfolio monitoring. Working closely with the Investments, Risk, and Finance teams, you’ll contribute to smooth internal processes and help improve how we assess and present investment opportunities.You will:Review financial and operational documents of potential bond issuers and support preliminary financial analysis under guidance.Prepare summaries, initial assessments, and materials needed for internal evaluation of issuers.Monitor financial results and key performance indicators of existing bond issuers and prepare timely updates.Support the marketing team with accurate and timely information on newly added bonds and related investment insights.Assist in improving operational processes related to coupon payments and other recurring bond activities.Help with occasional bond-market-related tasks, such as preparing trade instructions or gathering market data.Follow market developments and share observations that support team decision-making.Your Professional Skills And BackgroundMust-haves1+ years of relevant experience in financial or investment analysis, or relevant internships/academic project work.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in working with financial data.Genuine interest in investments and financial markets, especially fixed-income instruments.Good understanding of financial statements and willingness to deepen your analytical skills.Analytical mindset, curiosity, and a willingness to learn from experienced professionals.Interest in applying AI tools to support data analysis and process automation.Good written and spoken English skills.Nice-to-havesExposure to valuing fixed-income securities or coursework related to bond analysis.Experience from a bank or investment firm - internships included - especially in roles touching financial analysis or valuation.What We Offer💸Competitive salary and stock options.
