By joining us you become part of a global family, whose ambition is to become the world’s preferred destination for convenience and mobility.Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:Senior Manager Credit EuropeType of Employment: PermanentLocation: Riga, LatviaVisa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)As a Senior Manager Credit in Circle K Europe, you'll be responsible to ensure effective credit risk governance, processes, and people development in the credit area.ResponsibilitiesOwnership of the European Credit Policy and ensure that it is up to date with the market situation and the company’s business strategy.Ownership of credit processes and drive alignment and automatization of Credit processes across Europe.Strategic Advisory for Credit governance in Europe on overall risk strategy and development.Leadership of the Credit Management team, including but not limited to the optimal organization of placement of tasks, recruiting and retaining highly qualified, motivated, and agile personnel.Ensuring ongoing credit risk follow-up and deciding on risk mitigation action plans.Main DutiesManage credit operations and ensure close dialogue with various stakeholders in Europe.Develop and maintain a motivated and high-performing team.Manage team operational planning, staffing requirements and recruitment process.Organize and lead monthly SLA follow-up meetings, ensuring a well-functioning collaboration model with the Business Units.Develop and maintain a credit framework including credit policies and guidelines.Track, communicate and draw insights from the performance of ongoing initiatives & be on top of all credit KPIs through regular portfolio monitoring.Foster and embed a strong credit culture aligned with the organization’s risk appetite.Provide strategic direction to ensure sound credit decision-making at all levels.Qualification & ExperienceHigher education in economics or finance field.Strong credit assessment and credit decision-making skills for legal entities, specifically in large corporate environment.Independent and strong leadership skills.A good understanding of process optimization and experience with continuous improvement.Skilled at Relationship building.Strategic mindset and Business-oriented focus.Generally clear, concise, and structured.Proficient in English to be able to communicate with colleagues in EU and North America.What You Can Expect At Circle KFor 5 years in a row, Circle K Business Centre has been awarded 1st place in the ‘CV-Online TOP Employer – International Business Services category.’ Monthly salary starting from: 5500 EUR gross, depending on your qualifications.Covered tariff plan for your mobile phone.Health insurance.Employee discounts in our stores.Global and fast-paced work environment.Positive atmosphere and great colleagues around you.Continuous personal and professional development.Circle K Business Centre is certified as a Gold Level Approved Employer by ACCA and offers potential study support towards ACCA qualification.And more!Interested?We encourage you to apply by the November 28, 2025.
