LawyerThis is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team with scope to provide a value-add service proposition to work with international lawyers to develop their businesses. Our Legal Advisory Services offering utilises a family office approach in the provision of private client with a particular focus on boutique and bespoke solutions.Summary Of The PositionThe junior lawyer is responsible for assisting the legal advisory team with all aspects of their work, including legal research and drafting, residence applications and renewals, business licence applications, the incorporation of French and Monaco companies and corporate administration thereafter. The incumbent will also assist the fiduciary team with their corporate and trust administration work.WORKING RELATIONSHIPSThis role involves close and regular interaction with all Stonehage Fleming employees, primarily in the Monaco office but also Group wide. The incumbent reports to the Associate Director with a dotted reporting line to Managing Director for Monaco.Principal Elements And Accountabilities Support Monaco office lawyers with their work Legal research and drafting of corporate and commercial documents Management of Monaco residency and business licence applications Management of French legal, corporate and administrative mattersQualifications And Experience Newly qualified French lawyer and/or Bac + 5 in French law Interest or knowledge in international private law, French real estate tax and successionsCompetencies, Skills And Behaviours Fluent written and spoken French and English Fluency in any other language would be appreciated Willing to learn on the job, flexible and open minded Team worker
