Junior Listed Equity Analyst - Hedge Fund Dubai, United Arab Emirates We are collaborating with a fast-growing investment platform seeking a Listed Equity Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will assume a significant portion of current listed equity coverage, freeing senior investment professionals to focus on expanding the equity franchise and sourcing new ideas. You will be fully supported through training, access to institutional-grade resources, and will have the opportunity to build your coverage universe over time within a platform environment that values growth and autonomy.Key Responsibilities: Take over and manage an existing segment of listed equity coverage (initially in Tech US/EU) and gradually expand the universe where needed.Build detailed financial models from scratch (forecasts, valuations, scenario analysis) and maintain them rigorously.Conduct in-depth research on companies: business models, management quality, competitive dynamics, catalyst identification and risk assessment.Prepare and present clear investment recommendations (buy / sell / hold) and engage with portfolio managers and investment committees.Monitor portfolio performance, market events, sector trends and feed insights into the platform’s investment process.Actively collaborate across the investment platform’s team and contribute to growth of the equity research capability.Requirements:1-3 years’ experience working in a hedge-fund environment covering listed equities.Strong modelling capability: building from first principles, rather than just updating templates.Experience and interest in Technology (US & EU markets). Willingness to broaden into adjacent sectors (excluding financials, mining, oil & gas).Excellent analytical, quantitative and communication skills; decisive, self-motivated and intellectually curious.
