Job PurposeThe Team Member- Recruitment is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordinating, and onboarding candidates to ensure timely and quality hiring. It involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand talent needs, leveraging various sourcing strategies, maintaining candidate pipelines, and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
