Our team is growing, and we are looking for hands-on, driven individuals who want to build real industrial products that make a difference on the shop floor.Role OverviewAeroex is hiring a Junior Mechanical Engineer to support new product development, mechanical design, product testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to real manufacturing, rapid prototyping, and the full engineering lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate detailed mechanical designs and assemblies in SolidWorksProduce manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and technical documentationSupport prototype builds, testing, airflow measurements, and performance validationParticipate in design reviews and collaborate with senior engineersAssist in developing new filtration products and custom engineered solutionsWork closely with production to implement design changes and resolve technical issuesPerform basic engineering calculations and analysis (tolerances, stress, airflow, etc.)Research materials, components, and design options for ongoing product improvementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferredStrong proficiency in SolidWorks (part modeling, assemblies, drawings required)0–3 years of mechanical design experience (internships and projects count)Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical fundamentalsAbility to produce clean, accurate drawings suitable for fabricationStrong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skillsNice to HaveExperience with sheet metal design, welded assemblies, or industrial equipmentExposure to mist collection, air filtration, HVAC, or fluid/airflow systemsExperience working in a manufacturing environmentWhat Aeroex OffersMentorship from senior engineers and hands-on technical growthExposure to full product development: concept, design, testing, fabrication, and launchA fast-paced environment where your work will be visible and meaningfulCompetitive compensation and benefitsA company culture that values engineering excellence and continuous improvementHow to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a short cover letter outlining why you’re a strong fit for the role.
