Junior Mechanical Engineer

I’m urgently seeking Junior Manufacturing Engineers for a global leader in medical devices. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the medical device manufacturing industry, with a clear path for career advancement.You will work closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to support the development, implementation, and optimisation of manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities:Assist in the design, development, and optimisation of manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.Support the introduction of new products and processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and operations, to resolve manufacturing issues and implement improvements.Participate in the development and maintenance of process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.Utilise problem-solving methodologies to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.Monitor and analyse manufacturing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in the medical device industry is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.Knowledge of regulatory requirements in medical device manufacturing is an advantage.If you are looking for a new and refreshing role or have any questions about the position, then give me a call, drop me a message, or apply directly below and get ahead of the crowd!
