The company is committed to delivering impactful, user-centered solutions for its clients through a steadfast dedication to excellence.Role DescriptionWe're looking for a Junior-Mid Level UX/UI Designer to join our team located in Bucharest, Romania. This is a full-time role working on structured, client-facing projects from discovery through delivery, with clear milestones and daily collaboration. Our clients range from B2C/SaaS startups to large players in the american eCommerce industry.This is a hands-on role with a hybrid work arrangement allowing up to 4 days remote work. Depending on your skillset, you will handle various aspects of the design process, from research, wireframing, prototyping to high-fidelity UI, design systems, and handoff. You'll report directly to the studio lead (15+ years experience across 50+ projects) and receive close mentorship as you grow toward team leadership and project ownership.Required qualifications2-3 years of experience in a well-defined UX/UI design role.Familiarity with Design Thinking and a strong ability to conduct User ResearchFamiliarity with Design Patterns, Design Systems and User Experience (UX) principlesSkilled in Prototyping and iterating solutions based on user feedbackStrong proficiency in FigmaPortfolio showcasing at least ONE project demonstrating the full design process (from research to final delivery)Excellent collaboration and communication skills in Romanian and EnglishDetail-oriented mindset with a passion for creating exceptional user experiencesSelf-directed work ethic with strong time management abilitiesFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools like Photoshop and IllustratorPreferred qualifications:Experience with B2B/SaaS platforms or the retail sectorFamiliarity with no-code tools like Webflow and Framer, or basic front-end development knowledgeExperience working with international clientsResponsibilities (depending on your current skillset and desired career path)Create wireframes, user flows, and information architectureDesign high-fidelity interfaces and maintain design systemsBuild interactive prototypes for testing and stakeholder presentationsRun usability tests and iterate designs based on feedbackCollaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementationPresent and defend design decisions to clientsManage project timelines and deliverables independentlyConduct user research and translate findings into actionable design insightsWe understand that you’ll likely have 2–3 years of experience at this phase.
