Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Apply via LinkedIn or email your CV to hello@tvgm.ae with the subject line: Admin Role – November 2025Lahore | On-site | Full-timeSalary: PKR 40,000–50,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)Admin & Office ManagementMaintain and manage software systems, office equipment, and studio logisticsOrganize and oversee structured data management (hard drives, servers, Google Drive)Track and maintain office inventory, assets, and documentationProcure office/studio supplies as neededHandle day-to-day vendor communications, follow-ups, and deliveriesOn-ground Operations & Market VisitsVisit local markets to source supplies, equipment, or services when requiredConduct market research or price comparisons for admin-related procurementBe the go-to person for office errands, banking, deliveries, pick-ups, etc.Provide event-day support for shoot logistics, deliveries, photobooth setup, etc.Team & Event SupportAssist internal teams (Production, Post, Creative) with data transfers and backupsOrganize and deliver client-ready data folders for photo/video projectsManage and operate photobooth setup at eventsBe available for occasional weekend work or short out-of-city assignmentsWho We’re Looking ForMinimum 2 years of experience in administration, data handling, or office coordinationStrong knowledge of Windows systems, MS Office, Google DriveDetail-oriented with strong multitasking and time management skillsEffective communicator in English & UrduFamiliar with tools like Lightroom, Picasa, ACDSee (a plus, not mandatory)Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindsetWillingness to work on weekends or travel for company events when neededOwns a valid driver’s license or is comfortable with field visits
