Junior Office/Projects Co-Ordinator

CTS Offshore and Marine BV, is currently seeking a Junior Office/Projects Co-Ordinator to join their team in Rotterdam. The position would suit a versatile and energetic individual, with a background in project or office administration- already residing in The Netherlands/Rotterdam area. JOB DESCRIPTION:Liaise with staff, managers, colleagues and clients to ensure that all aspects of projects are aligned in order to meet the projects objectives and goals- tracking project progress, maintaining project documentation etc.Managing daily office operations including general administration and providing administrative support as required to ensure efficient workflow through the organization.Handling correspondence and record keepingCo-ordinating meetingsArranging travel and accommodation.Managing office suppliesOther duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Company.To be familiar with all Company procedures applicable to his duties REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Desirable :Degree, diploma or certificate in general administration or project managementRequired: minimum 1+ years’ experience, as a project coordinator or office administrator, preferably in the marine or offshore environment.Strong communication skillsComputer literate, with knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, CRM and email applicationsFluent in spoken and written English, with Dutch an advantageREQUIRED: Ability to live and work in the EU, and already residing in Rotterdam Area. Interested parties that meet the above criteria are to please send an email to rotterdam@ctsom.com with a brief motivation and copy of CV.
