Junior Onboarding Specialist

Job Title: Junior Onboarding Specialist📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Onsite) 🕒 Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will support the smooth integration of new hires into the company, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience from offer acceptance through the first weeks of employment. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and execute the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.Communicate onboarding schedules and requirements to new employees.Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.Schedule orientation sessions, trainings, and introductory meetings with departments.Collaborate with HR, IT, and Admin to prepare necessary tools, credentials, and workspace for new hires.Address new hire questions and provide timely support during the onboarding period.Collect and analyze feedback to improve the onboarding experience.Maintain onboarding records and update internal systems accordingly. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.0–1 year of experience in HR or onboarding roles (internship experience is acceptable).Strong organizational and coordination skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).  Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., ERP system, or similar).Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and onboarding best practices.Experience in a fast-paced or tech-driven company is a plus.
