This includes processing, issuing, and tracking investor visas, liaising with government authorities, and ensuring a smooth and professional visa experience that reflects the organization's reputation. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with investors and overseas visa agents to facilitate efficient service and compliance with all relevant laws and procedures.Key Responsibilities:1. Visa Processing & ComplianceHandle end-to-end visa processing for investors, company partners, and VIPs (Premium Residency, entry, residency, renewals, and exit visas)Ensure all visa applications meet the requirements of the PR CenterMaintain accurate visa and immigration records in line with Saudi regulationsVerify and prepare documentation such as invitation letters, chamber attestations, investment certificates, and sponsorship approvalsMonitor visa validity dates and proactively initiate renewals to avoid lapses2. Investor Relations & SupportAct as the primary point of contact for all investor visa inquiriesProvide personalized support to investors during their visit, coordinating with internal departments for logistics, travel, and accommodationsManage communications with embassies, consulates, and Saudi missions abroad to ensure smooth visa issuanceEnsure investors receive a seamless and professional experience aligned with the Bayut's brand and values3. Agency & Government CoordinationBuild and maintain relationships with accredited overseas visa agents, legal offices, and government representativesLiaise with PR Center and other authorities to facilitate approvals, exemptions, and documentation for investorsEnsure compliance with all Saudi investment and immigration policiesNegotiate and evaluate performance of overseas visa service providers and agencies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness4. Reporting & System ManagementMaintain an updated visa tracker and generate weekly/monthly reports on visa status, processing timelines, and costsIdentify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements for faster visa turnaroundHandle sensitive data and documents with confidentiality and integrityRequirementsQualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Law, or a related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years' experience in GRProven experience dealing with investors or VIPs _ If availableStrong knowledge of Saudi visa regulations, e-visa platforms, and digital platformsExperience coordinating with embassies, consulates, and overseas visa agentsFluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)Core Competencies:Excellent communication and client service skills (especially with VIPs and investors)Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesHigh attention to detail and documentation accuracyProfessional diplomacy and cultural sensitivityAbility to manage pressure and urgent requestsIntegrity, discretion, and commitment to confidentialityStrong relationship-building with external agencies and internal stakeholdersBenefitsHigh-performing and fast-paced work environmentComprehensive Health InsuranceRewards & RecognitionLearning & Development
