Contribute to the implementation of new products and processes and support continuous service and process improvements.YOUR CHALLENGEExecute day-to-day FX, money market (MM), precious metals (PM), OTC settlement, and post-settlement activitiesSupport daily cash management tasks, including funding, liquidity movements, cash sweeps and account balancingIdentify and resolve reconciliation breaks in positions across multiple asset classesReport daily cash balances accurately and on time to Asset Liability Management (ALM) and Position ControlPerform control tasks following the 4-eye principle, in accordance with defined standardsAdhere strictly to internal guidelines, policies, and compliance requirementsDemonstrate strong awareness of operational riskConduct regular controls, and promptly report incidents or system-related issuesProvide reliable support by responding to ad-hoc queries and delivering timely, accurate feedbackInitiate and propose improvement ideas to enhance efficiency, quality, and risk mitigationYOUR PROFILESuccessful completion of a bank apprenticeship or comparable vocational training preferredConsideration given to lateral entrants (Quereinsteiger) with proven experience in regulated or financial settings Prior exposure to banking operations or a financial services environment is highly desirableAdvanced proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken) High level of risk awareness, particularly in relation to operational risksReliable and accountable professional with a proactive, solution-oriented mindsetStrong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude Independent, precise, and structured in approach, with ability to work autonomouslyOpen to continuous learning and development; keen to embrace change and improvementWe Only Consider Candidates Who Can Start Immediately.We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
