About the CompanyOur client, a leading Swiss private bank, is seeking a Junior Private Banker to join their Geneva or Zurich teams. This role requires a strong combination of banking expertise, professional certifications, and exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and long-term client relationships.About the RoleThe successful candidate will manage and grow their own client portfolio, providing comprehensive wealth management services to high-net-worth clients.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow your own client portfolio, placing trust, proximity, and high-quality advisory at the core of your approach.Provide a comprehensive wealth management service to high-net-worth clients, addressing their financial and patrimonial needs.Identify and seize new business opportunities through your network and expertise, while gradually expanding your portfolio.Collaborate closely with internal specialists to design tailored and responsible solutions for each client.Ensure attentive, ethical, and compliant follow-up, in line with regulatory requirements and the bank’s values. QualificationsMinimum 5 years of banking experience, ideally in wealth management or private client advisory in Switzerland.Own client portfolio of at least CHF 40 million, demonstrating your ability to retain and grow high-value relationships.Strong university background in economics, finance, management, or law, ideally complemented by a specialization in Wealth Management or Financial Markets.Recognized Swiss certifications, such as SAQ CWMA, CFA, CAS in Wealth Management, or AZEK/CIIA, confirming your expertise.Excellent command of English, with strong knowledge of French and/or German.Understanding of the languages and cultures of the markets you cover is a significant advantage.Reliable, committed, and attentive, with a strong sense of responsibility, service, and client relationship.Entrepreneurial, curious, and authentic, capable of combining performance with trust and integrity.
