They partner with clients end-to-end across research, strategy, design, and product development, tackling complex design challenges across multiple industries.The RoleThis is an opportunity for an ambitious junior designer to develop as a Product Manager with a strong UX/UI focus. You’ll work alongside senior designers and product managers, gaining exposure to the full product design lifecycle — from research and journey mapping to prototyping, testing, and delivery.You will support live client projects while learning best-in-class UX processes inside a fast-paced design studio environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport UX and UI design tasks across multiple projectsHelp shape customer journeys, experience maps, and service flowsAssist in planning and conducting user research and usability testingWork with Product Managers to align features with product visionCreate concepts, sketches, prototypes and iterate based on feedbackContribute to the development of design systems and component librariesUse modern design tools (Figma) to deliver high-quality outputsTranslate research into actionable design decisions and product improvementsCollaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teamsAbout You - Must havesStrong portfolio showing design thinking and visual craftSolid knowledge of Figma and modern design workflowsPassion for UX, UI, and digital product developmentStrong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisionsFast learner with a proactive mindset and problem-solving approachOrganised, detail-driven, and able to prioritise effectivelyCollaborative, curious, and open to feedbackBonus Skills (Not essential)Examples of real client or live project workExperience in data or information designInterest in writing or design-led content / thought leadershipBenefitsFlexible workingNew business referral bonus schemeRecruitment referral bonus schemeLinkedIn Learning or similar annual subscriptionAudible 12-book annual membershipHealth Care Cash Plan (dental, opticians, physio etc.)Discretionary company bonusProgressionYou are not expected to already have full product ownership experience — the role includes structured mentoring, hands-on learning, and clear routes to mid-level Product Manager or Product Designer roles.
