Role: Junior Project Manager (Core Banking Projects)Gross Salary Range: IDR 7.000.000 - IDR 9.500.000Location: Jakarta SelatanQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field..Minimum 1 year of experience as a Junior Project Manager in Core Banking projects.Good understanding of banking business processes, especially in Core Banking modules (deposit, loan, payment, transfer, settlement).Familiar with Project Management Methodologies (Waterfall & Agile).Experienced in using Project Management Tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Confluence).Holding an entry-level Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, Scrum Master) is an advantage.Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Senior PM in planning, monitoring, and execution of Core Banking projects.Create and maintain project documentation (project plan, meeting notes, status reports).Ensure project progress aligns with defined timeline, scope, and budget.Support coordination with vendors, business users, and IT teams regarding Core Banking deliverables.Assist in risk & issue tracking and escalate to relevant stakeholders when necessary.Prepare and deliver project status reports to management.
