The Business Process function serves as the bridge between business needs and technological solutions—particularly in managing internal tools such as Jira and/or workflow/ticketing systems used across departments.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse and map existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.Develop and document business requirements, functional specifications, and workflow designs aligned with organizational objectives.Manage system implementation projects—primarily Jira and ERP—from requirements gathering to go-live.Configure and maintain Jira (especially Jira Service Management), including workflows, automation rules, permissions, and integrations with other systems.Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless system integration and process alignment across departments.Design and optimize workflow and ticketing systems to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.Develop dashboards and performance reports to monitor process and system effectiveness.Conduct testing and validation (including UAT) to ensure system deliverables meet business needs.Prepare and maintain user documentation, SOPs, and training materials for new systems and workflows.Facilitate user training sessions and support change management activities to ensure successful adoption.Collect user feedback and continuously propose process enhancements or automation opportunities.Ensure all business processes comply with company standards, SLAs, and governance frameworks.Stay updated with emerging technologies and tools related to process automation, workflow management, and ITSM systems.Provide analytical and technical support to management in driving business transformation initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.Minimum 5 years of experience in business process improvement, IT implementation, or consulting.Proven hands-on experience with Jira, particularly Jira Service Management (configuration, workflow, automation, and integration).Experience implementing or integrating ERP systems or other enterprise platforms.Strong understanding of workflow and ticketing systems across operational functions.Familiar with business documentation standards such as BRD, FSD, and use cases.Knowledge of Agile or ITIL methodologies.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Tech-savvy and able to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic and cross-functional environments.
