RPIA is looking for a Junior Project Manager (part-time) to provide strong administrative and organizational support across the Association’s activities. This is a key supporting role within a small, dynamic team, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated to grow in Romania’s renewable energy sector.Responsibilities:Administrative & operational support: Prepare documents, presentations, meeting minutes, agendas and follow-ups; maintain project files and databases; support correspondence, scheduling, invoicing procedures and ensure the smooth running of internal workflows.Event coordination: Assist in planning and delivering RPIA events (conferences, workshops, roundtables), including logistics, communication with partners, and on-site support.Member support: Maintain regular contact with RPIA members, manage requests, schedule meetings, and coordinate updates.Project assistance: Support the implementation of RPIA’s projects by tracking deadlines, preparing summaries, gathering information, and ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders.Research & documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, internal briefs, and summaries for the Board, partners, and stakeholders.International & EU project support: Assist with coordination and documentation for international initiatives, EU-funded projects, and cooperation with external partners.We are looking for someone who:Holds or is completing studies in energy, engineering, economics, public policy, international relations or related fields (recent graduates welcome).Is highly organized, reliable and comfortable handling multiple administrative tasks.Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English.Enjoys providing support, working behind the scenes and ensuring smooth processes.Has strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Works well independently and as part of a small team.What we offer:A role at the heart of Romania’s renewable energy industry, with direct exposure to key stakeholders.Hands-on experience in project coordination, event organization and industry engagement.Opportunities to learn about legislation, market developments and the evolution of the photovoltaic sector.A collaborative, supportive working environment.A competitive salary package aligned with the responsibilities of the role.If you’re interested in joining our team and supporting the work we do in renewable energy, we’d love to hear from you.
