Junior Project Support

As we’re scaling, our Grip team is looking for a Junior Project Support, who is going to work closely with our Project Management team to support and coordinate data for projects.What’s Grip?Grip supports brands to cope with the fast-accelerating challenge of the exponential grow and need for content. Grip is web-based software that automatically generates visual content. It’s based on photorealistic 3D, capitalizing on INDG’s twenty-year-long experience in that field. 3D is good because once your beer or your juicer or your rocket is on Grip, it can be used and re-used for multiple media: images, videos, iOS apps, and such.What will you be doing?Work closely with Project Management team to ensure productivityEnsure that issues and challenges related to the project are identifiedKeep track of Jira tasks and ticketsRenaming filesUploading of files to KO Assets using a standard uploading toolUpload renderings for revision or client’s SharepointCreate project codesRegistration of approvals on templates and imagesSupport in administration and registrationWould be amazing if you have:Excellent organizational and time management skillsExcellent attention to details, data, facts and numbers, accuracy and analytical mindsetAdvanced user level experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Get the job done mentalityGood communication skillsEnglish proficiency (written and spoken)Nice to have:Experience in JiraWorking at GripAt Grip, we believe whatever you give your full attention becomes worthwhile.
