Now Hiring: Junior Quality Assurance SpecialistE3mel Business Academy – Egypt (On-site)Do you have sales experience and a strong eye for quality? If you’ve handled call evaluations, know quality attributes, and can report performance clearly — this role is for you!Duties:Monitor and evaluate outbound & inbound sales calls.Assess calls based on QA standards and predefined quality attributes.Prepare detailed performance and quality reports for agents and team leaders.Follow up on QA findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented.Contribute to improving call quality standards and sales processes.Ensure compliance with scripts, sales guidelines, tone, and communication standards.Requirments:At least 1 year of experience in Sales (preferably telesales).Previous experience handling Quality tasks, including call listening and evaluation.Strong knowledge of Quality Attributes and call assessment criteria.Ability to analyze performance metrics and prepare clear, structured reports.Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and reporting tools.Send your CV to yasmine.qandeel@e3melbusiness.com
