As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we are seeking a talented Quality Engineer to join our growing team.Your RoleAs a Quality Engineer at Orange Wave, you will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will oversee quality systems, perform inspections and laboratory analyses, and work closely with production and R&D teams to maintain compliance and drive improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and monitor quality assurance procedures throughout production.Conduct inspections and laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.Ensure compliance with international food safety and quality standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP, etc.).Collaborate with production and R&D teams to investigate and resolve quality issues.Prepare and maintain quality documentation, records, and reports.Support internal and external audits and assist with corrective action plans.Oversee calibration and maintenance of laboratory and testing equipment.Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Agricultural Sciences, or Chemical Engineering. (Graduates of Faculty of Science – Chemistry/Microbiology, or Faculty of Agriculture – Food Science are highly preferred.)2–4 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably within the food and beverage industry.Strong understanding of quality management systems, testing procedures, and regulatory standards.Experience with HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, or equivalent quality frameworks.Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Certifications (a Plus)HACCP Certification (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 – Food Safety Management SystemsGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Internal Auditor for Food Safety or Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001)What We OfferCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Professional growth and development opportunities.Supportive, innovative, and collaborative work environment.The opportunity to contribute to the development of sustainable, high-quality food products. IndustryFood and Beverage ManufacturingEmployment TypeFull-time.
