Role Description This is a full-time, on-site, Junior Quality Engineer role based in Tipton. The Junior Quality Engineer will assist in maintaining and improving the quality management system by performing day-to-day quality engineering activities. Responsibilities include conducting quality control checks, supporting quality assurance processes, monitoring product quality, and working closely with production teams to ensure compliance with industry standards. The role focuses on meeting rigorous quality requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Quality Engineering and Quality Control methodologiesUnderstanding of Quality Assurance processes to ensure product and system complianceAbility to monitor and manage Product Quality for manufacturing consistencyFamiliarity with Quality Management principles, including industry standards such as AS9100Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teamsRelevant engineering qualifications are a plusExperience in aerospace manufacturing or a similar industry is a plusExperience with PPAP, AS9145, Control Plans etc favouredPlease no agencies at this time.
