Together we can push the limits of what can be achieved for everybody.ResponsibilitiesManage and support distributor relationships to ensure strong sales performance and long-term partnerships.Oversee B2B sales channels and develop opportunities to expand market presence.Coordinate and manage sales activities across Korea-based channels, aligning with company strategy.Drive growth through online commerce platforms, with a primary focus on Coupang and Naver.Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights for channel optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.Adapt to changing business needs and take ownership of projects that may expand beyond the initial scope.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.1–3 years of sales or account management experience, ideally in consumer goods or related industries.Proven experience in e-commerce sales, with hands-on involvement in platforms such as Coupang and Naver (required).Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple sales channels simultaneously.High tolerance for change, with the flexibility to manage a broad and evolving scope of responsibilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in Korean required; proficiency in English preferred.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with distributors or B2B partners.Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven sales reporting.Demonstrated success in developing new sales channels or launching products online.
